Abstract Cyanidation has been considered an effective process for extracting gold from gold-bearing ores over 100 years. However, this also several disadvantages including it being toxic, inefficient, and unsuitable leaching carbonaceous containing organic inorganic carbons. Moreover, is not feasible the extraction of refractory , which are increasingly used.Therefore, there urgent need to find environmentally friendly efficient method improve rate ores. This study discusses using potassium chlorate bleaching powder combined ore. Compared with other methods, does require pre-oxidizing optimal reaction temperature required lower, thus achieving To on method, we used response surface methodology (RSM). RSM can quickly determine quadratic function connection between value each component optimize experimental settings precisely forecast findings, saving a significant amount time money.This presents approach based thermodynamic analysis mineral oxidation analyze primary composite design experiment.
